Problems such as uneven application of the pasting machine and excessive application amount are caused by the following reasons: 1. Poor precision and wear of gears are also caused by abnormal wear such as insufficient oil and long service life. 3. The roller is eccentric, the axis of the roller is worn or the roller is bent. This kind of phenomenon occurs mostly because of insufficient daily maintenance, insufficient lubrication, inadequate, and incomplete refueling of bearings and copper sleeves. If there is a bending, the main reason is that foreign objects such as cloth balls or brushes were accidentally inserted during the cleaning of the roller, or the tissue was too much involved in the production.
For these problems, if the glue cannot be applied evenly, the supplier must be required to do appropriate treatment, which is necessary to grind the rollers or replace the bearings.
