1. Tension: adjust the tension of the base paper stand brake, balance roller and preheating cylinder

When the gluing machine balance roll, base paper holder, and preheating cylinder are adjusted incorrectly, the surface paper will wrinkle. The brake of the base paper holder is tight while the other is loose, and the base paper will appear uneven when it passes through the balance roller. If the balance roller is not adjusted, the next step is to enter the preheating cylinder. After the preheating cylinder is heated, the tissue will be wrinkled. Therefore, pay attention during production. When you see uneven surface paper, you need to adjust the tension of the base paper holder brake, balance roller and preheating cylinder to ensure that the surface paper enters the double-sided machine smoothly.

1. Corrugated wrinkles: solve the corrugated wrinkles through the tension control system of the corrugated paper
In the production process, corrugated folds can also cause facial tissue folds. When the moisture content of the tissue is uneven, wrinkles will also appear. The moisture content of the facial paper is too high. During the laminating process, the uneven moisture of the single tile and the facial paper will cause the facial paper to shrink and cause wrinkles. Moisture control can be achieved by adjusting the coating angle of the preheating cylinder, or by using a spray device to meet our cardboard flatness production requirements.
